Our fully licensed restaurant offers an à la carte menu featuring delicious homemade dishes inspired by both traditional and international cuisines. Whether it's a classic moose stew, oven-baked salmon, or a flavorful vegetarian pastawith creamy pesto sauce, there's something to satisfy every palate.
At Guesthouse Eleven, we want our guests to feel right at home and enjoy great food throughout their stay. After a day exploring the beautiful countryside, unwind in our cosy lounge or on the spacious outdoor terrace. It’s the perfect place to relax with a tapas plate, sip a refreshing drink, or share a meal in good company

You can order your breakfast from our breakfast menu which will be served at your table or can be taken to your room. Alternatives to food allergies are present.
DINNER
Served between 18.00 and 20.00 and needs to be pre-booked
In the evening you can order from our à la cart menu. Please pre-book a table one day before arrival
ABOUT OUR FOOD
A climate smart menu
As a hotel we would like not just to provide enjoyable food experiences for our guests but also to contribute to positive social development by leaving our foot print as small as possible. That is why we repalced some meat dishes on our menu by more sustainable foods, such as MSC-labeled fish, Swedish meat, more vegetables and plant-based food.
It will still tastes just as good, but it helps us eat our way to a better world!
