RESTAURANT
The fully licensed restaurant with à la carte menu serves delicious homemade dishes, from both traditional and international cuisines – a classic stew of moose meat, oven backed salmon or a tasty vegeterian lasagna with creamy bechamel sauce are just some of the delights you can enjoy.
We want our guest to feel at home and enjoy good food when they stay here at Guesthouse Eleven. After an active day in the surrounding countryside it feels good to relax in the cosy lounge or on the large outdoor terrace, where you can enjoy a tappas, have a refreshing drink or eat together.
BREAKFAST
Served between 8.00 and 10.00
To minimize contact you can order your breakfast from our breakfast menu which will be served at your table or can be taken to your room. Alternatives to food allergies are present.
DINNER
Served between 18.00 and 20.00 and needs to be pre-booked
In the evening you can order from our à la cart menu. Please pre-book a table one day before arrival
ABOUT OUR FOOD
A climate smart menu
As a hotel we would like not just to provide enjoyable food experiences for our guests but also to contribute to positive social development by leaving our foot print as small as possible. That is why we repalced some meat dishes on our menu by more sustainable foods, such as MSC-labeled fish, Swedish meat, more vegetables and plant-based food.
It will still tastes just as good, but it helps us eat our way to a better world!
