ABOUT OUR FOOD


A climate smart menu

As a hotel we would like not just to provide enjoyable food experiences for our guests but also to contribute to positive social development by leaving our foot print as small as possible. That is why we repalced some meat dishes on our menu by more sustainable foods, such as MSC-labeled fish, Swedish meat, more vegetables and plant-based food.

It will still tastes just as good, but it helps us eat our way to a better world!
